Kazi Nabiul Haque

Kazi Nabiul Haque is a distinguished development professional with 48 years of extensive national and international experience in leadership, programme management, institutional development, social protection, humanitarian response, and resource mobilization. Since 1978, he has contributed to the development sector through senior leadership, advisory, consultancy, and technical roles across government, NGOs, INGOs, donor agencies, and international development organizations.

Throughout his career, he has held several top management positions, including Country Director of Muslim Hands International Bangladesh Country Office, Country Director and Country Team Leader of Lepra Bangladesh, Team Leader for World Bank-supported Government of Bangladesh projects, Acting Country Director of Plan International, CEO and Lead Consultant of Resource Foundation.

He has also served in numerous senior leadership and technical advisory positions, including Director at Dhaka Ahsania Mission, Technical Advisor for social development and institutional strengthening with the World Bank, Programme Development and Resource Mobilization Advisor at Social Marketing Company, and Partnership Development Advisor at Muslim Hands International. His experience further includes leadership roles in child protection, business development, research, and development programme implementation with organizations such as UNICEF, FAO, and UNDP.

As an international consultant and development strategist, Kazi Nabiul Haque has worked with a broad range of bilateral, multilateral, and international agencies, including Asian Development Bank, USAID, European Union, Oxfam, Save the Children, BRAC International, and IFC, among many others. He has held senior management and leadership positions with internationally recognized organizations, including CBM Global, Humanity & Inclusion, FHI 360, and BRAC Afghanistan. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed country programmes, donor-funded projects, strategic partnerships, and multidisciplinary teams in complex and challenging operational environments.

His core expertise includes strategic planning, programme implementation, donor coordination, institutional strengthening, humanitarian coordination, safeguarding, and inclusive development. He has worked extensively with governments, UN agencies, NGOs, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), donors, and community-based organizations to design and implement both development and emergency response initiatives.

Humayun Kabir
Md. Humayun Kabir

Md. Humayun Kabir is a senior development professional with more than 30 years of extensive experience in Bangladesh’s NGO sector, specializing in programme and project management, organizational development, compliance, and resource mobilization. He possesses in-depth expertise in NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) procedures, national regulatory frameworks, and international NGO best practices, with a strong track record in compliance management, donor reporting, and quality assurance systems.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed the full lifecycle of more than 100 projects across diverse sectors, including education, health, livelihoods, WASH, child protection, and emergency response. His expertise includes fundraising strategy, policy formulation, research, monitoring and evaluation, and digital transformation initiatives that strengthen institutional performance and accountability.

He is highly skilled in developing simplified standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting templates, and management tools that improve organizational efficiency, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making. His strong analytical, facilitation, and report-writing capabilities have supported the capacity development of numerous NGOs and INGOs throughout Bangladesh.

Currently serving as Director at Creative Services Limited (CSL), he leads research, resource mobilization, and consultancy initiatives focused on organizational capacity assessment, policy formulation, and fundraising strategy development. His previous leadership positions include Deputy Executive Director at RISDA-Bangladesh, CEO of Rights and Sight for Children, and Programme Manager at Terre des Hommes Netherlands, where he progressed from Management Trainee to senior management leadership.
